Terms of Service
A legal agreement between a service provider and its users, defining the rules and conditions for using the service.
Terms of Service (ToS), also called Terms of Use or Terms and Conditions, is a legal agreement that establishes the rules and guidelines users must agree to in order to use a service.

Privacy Relationship
Terms of Service and the privacy policy are separate documents but often reference each other. The privacy policy should be incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service.
Legal Considerations
- Under EU consumer law, unfair contract terms may be unenforceable
- Terms must be accessible before the user agrees to them
- Material changes should be communicated with reasonable notice
